“The group is a magical setting.” ~Irvin D. Yalom

Groups for kids

Each course offers a supportive environment where kids can build skills alongside peers. The group setting helps normalize the challenges of growing up, and kids develop knowledge and insight through fun, accessible, and developmentally appropriate techniques.

Small group size (max 3 participants) means each child gets the benefit of personalized attention alongside a meaningful opportunity to connect. Parents also receive guidance and resources to support learning at home.

*All groups meet at the Centennial location at 6059 S Quebec St #100

  • Design Your Year: Values Workshop

Discover your core values and bring them to life in this engaging workshop inspired by the work of self-compassion pioneer Dr. Kristin Neff, who writes:

“Goals are destinations; core values are directions

Goals are something we do; core values are something we are

Goals are set; core values are discovered.”

Through creative prompts, reflection, and meaningful discussions, you’ll enjoy dedicated time and space to identify and explore the values that guide your actions, relationships, and goals.

Perfect for those seeking clarity, inspiration, and alignment in their personal or professional lives. The workshop offers a supportive space to connect with others while deepening self-awareness.

Cost: $90, includes Lisa Congdon’s Live Your Values deck

Possible topics for exploration include: difficulties in emotion regulation; masking/identity, navigating school, work and other neurotypical environments; grief; and anxiety.
